The event will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m. (Argentina). “Change Management in Healthcare: Leadership and Technological Transformation for Quality and Patient Safety”, Organized by the Latin American Collaborative Forum on Quality and Health Safety, an initiative promoted by the Institute for Clinical and Health Effectiveness (IECS), together with the Ministry of Public Health of the Province of Salta.
The open and free event will be held in a hybrid format (both in-person and virtual) to ensure national reach, bringing together health authorities, quality leaders, management teams, and innovation specialists to reflect on the challenges facing health organizations in contexts of transformation and change.
Representing IECS will be the Dr. Ezequiel García Elorrio, director of the Department of Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety, who will give the lecture “Patient Safety as a driver of change” and will coordinate the workshop “Leadership to guide teams in times of transformation”.
Their participation will provide a perspective based on regional and international experience in quality improvement, patient safety and change management, key aspects to support the transformation processes that health systems are currently undergoing.
