Objective
To evaluate the feasibility, acceptability and usability of a mobile application for the prevention and early detection of CRC by health providers.
Summary
There are more and more medical applications that facilitate clinical decision making. However, it is important to consider aspects such as feasibility, acceptability and usability when implementing these strategies on a large scale, which is related to the attributes of an application or system, as well as its context. A group of professionals has developed an application for mobile phones as an implementation strategy that will facilitate the process of tracking and surveillance of colorectal cancer by helping health providers make decisions during the consultation. The objective of this project is to evaluate whether the use of the application is feasible and acceptable among primary care physicians and specialists to implement the interventions proposed with the National Colorectal Cancer Program.
