Objective:
- Determine the frequency of ZIKA virus infection during pregnancy.
- To measure the association between symptomatic and asymptomatic maternal ZIKA virus infection during pregnancy, and microcephaly at birth.
- Longitudinally follow children with documented in utero exposure, selected from our cohort of ZIKA IgM-positive and/or ZIKA PCR-positive women and a group of children of uninfected women.
