Objective
Develop innovation projects with the participation of health care teams to strengthen health networks to address and manage NCDs. Train the provincial teams of the selected innovative projects in the preparation, management and implementation of projects. Provide technical advice and support to the teams in the preparation of the project, during its implementation and evaluation. Monitor and evaluate the execution of selected innovative projects in the field.
Summary
Within the framework of the Networks program, a call was made for the presentation of innovation projects in networks to address Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). The general objective of this line of action is to promote the development of innovation projects and the participation of health care teams in the process of strengthening health networks to address and manage NCDs. It also seeks to stimulate and disseminate innovative projects that facilitate knowledge and technology transfer processes, applied to health services that improve the quality of life of society. On this occasion the selected projects were:1. From Chaco (Barranqueras) Use of a telemedicine network for the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndromes in the emergency rooms of the town of Barranqueras. 2. From Salta Comprehensive care program for patients diagnosed with diabetes in services of the General Directorate of First Level of Care of Salta Capital. 3. From Tucumán Communication plan in waiting rooms for users of Tucuman's health services. 4. From the Province of Buenos Aires (Almirante Brown) Comprehensive program with home monitoring to improve adherence to the cardiovascular rehabilitation program in subjects with high and very high global cardiovascular risk belonging to the Almirante Brown district.
