The IECS carries out research, technical cooperation and education projects with regional scope, focused on responding to the needs of the population of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Developed in collaboration with academic institutions, health organizations and governments in the region, these initiatives cover key disciplines such as public health, epidemiology, health economics, health technology assessment, and quality, patient safety and clinical management.
