
Alejandra Roses
Alejandra Roses holds a Master's degree in Sociology of Culture from the National University of San Martín (UNSAM) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Salvador (USAL).
She works as a Researcher in Digital Health Projects at the Center for Implementation and Innovation in Health Policies (CIIPS) of the Institute for Clinical and Health Effectiveness (IECS), leading digital transformation projects in health focused on building interoperable ecosystems, governance and data analytics, innovation in health information systems and strengthening digital capacities for evidence-based decision-making.
She has experience leading technology initiatives, including her role as Director of Health Information Integration at the Ministry of Health. She combines technical consulting for international organizations with teaching and applied research, contributing to digital transformation processes that recognize the territorial and cultural diversity of the health system and promote contextualized solutions.
