Doctor graduated with honors from the National University of Cuyo, specialist in Internal Medicine (HB-UBA) and Health Informatics (IUHIBA), with experience in Digital Health implementations and public health management.

International Consultant to the Pan American Health Organization and Temporary Advisor to the World Health Organization on digital transformation issues.

Since 2014 he has been part of the Health Informatics Department of the Italian Hospital of Buenos Aires, where he led different clinical informatics projects. In that period, the Italian Hospital achieved accreditation from Joint Commission International and certified level 7 of HIMSS EMRAM (the maximum in hospital computerization), with a high participation of the department in the definition and measurement of indicators for continuous improvement processes. She also collaborated in linkage projects with third parties, such as consultancies for public and private, national and foreign organizations and institutions.

From 2017 to 2020 he worked in the Ministry of Health of the Argentine Nation, first as a consultant and then as Director of Development of Health Information Systems, promoting the National Digital Health Strategy 2018-2024. He participated in PAHO-WHO regional initiatives such as RELACSIS and IS4H, and global initiatives such as the Global Digital Health Partnership.

He is an Associate Professor at the Italian Hospital University Institute of Buenos Aires, in the Master of Health Informatics. He is co-author of the eBook “Information Systems for Health Management” with a focus on Digital Health Agendas and Public Health Informatics. He regularly presents at conferences in his specialty and publishes various scientific articles, having received the Best Paper Silver Award at MEDINFO 2015.
