Gilda Follietti, a graduate in International Relations and a specialist in Project Management (Standard PMI ®) and in Planning and Management of International Development Cooperation Projects, brings valuable experience to the IECS Project Management Office. With an outstanding career as a consultant for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and collaborator with NGOs in Latin America and West Africa, Gilda has channeled her experience in the creation of the fund development strategy for projects in the IECS. .
In his current role as a PMO Specialist, he provides comprehensive guidance on all aspects of project management. Taking responsibility for the implementation and coordination of processes, she plays a key role in the efficient execution of projects at the IECS. Additionally, she participates in internal training in Project Management, contributing to the continuous development of the team and consolidating good practices.
