María Eugenia Chaparro holds a degree in Nutrition from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and is a University Professor at the Interamerican Open University (UAI).

She completed her residency in Epidemiology at the Ministry of Health of the Nation, where she also served as Chief Resident.

She is currently a research fellow at the IECS Center for Health Policy Implementation and Innovation and is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical and Healthcare Effectiveness and a Specialization in Statistics for Health Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires.

She is also a professor in the Department of Epidemiology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and a member of the Argentine Association of Nutrition Graduates.
